I called Jason that morning and he was able to schedule me in by that afternoon and my air was up and running by 4 pm. Great price and excellent customer service as well. Jason has always treated me fairly. He is an excellent HVAC technician. He has always, showed up on time, takes the time to analyze the situation. Jason is honest and correct about repairing your HVAC system. He is accurate in his diagnostic appraisal of HVAC systems. He is prompt, if he says 1 pm, he’s there or you get a call from him. He is absolutely fair in his pricing, he’s never over bid on any of my repairs. He’s efficient, hard working, correct in his diagnosis, and an excellent technician. We first had Jason come to recharge our old AC unit last summer when our kids were there in the 90 + deg heat. He came on a weekend, made two trips to get it working again and charged nothing extra for the weekend calls. In March we had him replace the old AC and Electric furnace with a new Heat Pump with Electric back-up. We could not be more pleased with the service or installation. I was an Electrical Contractor for many years and appreciate their level of professionalism, they even wore booties to keep the floor clean. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.
